HTC has been rumored to launch its devices with MediaTek processors for quite some time. Now according to reports, it seems the new desire phone recently leaked will pack the octacore chip.
These images are of the new desire phone which will be running MediaTek’s new octacore processor. Other specs are rumored to include a 5-inch 720p display, 8 mega-pixel main camera. (no ultrapixal)
More Interestingly the new phones are said to be running HTC Sense 5.5 based on Android 4.3 and 1.5GB RAM. HTC does not have a firm foot in the price wars ranging on in China though as reports also say the price of the new phone could cost as much 2000 Yuan or about $330. A high-end One series off to a pretty good start.
